A Partnership for Young Artists’ Mobility and the Development of a Network of Rural Cultural Centres

 

​Sharp Edge is a project that revives rural cultural centres as hubs of exchange, creativity, and civic engagement. Through an open call for young artists, small grants, residencies, performances and creative mentoring, we empower a new generation of cultural managers and artists to co-create programmes tailored to their communities. The project brings together rural centres, strengthening their organisational, creative, and financial capacities and linking them in a sustainable network for sharing knowledge and resources. We focus on participatory programming, inter-generational collaboration, and strong media visibility to place culture back at the heart of rural communities and create long-term opportunities for young people.

The “SHARP EDGE” project is financed by the Ministry of Tourism and Youth of the Republic of Serbia and is realised between June and December 2025.
